Additional machinery

Extra equipment can be added by quotation and charged pro rata once the machine has been reviewed and accepted for cover.

Renewal review

At renewal, cover can be reviewed against running hours, service history, faults, parts usage, machine condition and support assumptions.

Ready to discuss the right support level?

Send the machine list, running hours, production site and line criticality. The service team can recommend the most suitable tier.

Compare the practical boundaries of contract cover

Use the same machine list and operating requirements when discussing contract options. Ask which activities are included, which are chargeable separately and how requests are assessed or prioritised. Keep any response or attendance commitments tied to the actual proposed contract wording.

List exclusions and dependencies beside the included services. This makes it easier to compare proposals involving different parts arrangements, visit schedules, remote support or site access requirements without relying on the name of a service level alone.

Covered equipment
Record the exact assets and locations included in the proposal.
Request process
Clarify how a support request is raised and what constitutes an agreed booking.

Should a contract level name be treated as a response-time promise?

Use the written scope and agreed terms to establish the commitments. Ask for any relevant response, attendance, parts or availability conditions to be stated explicitly for your equipment and site.
